Button Projects

Having not felt that creative over the dull January, I decided to something with all the buttons I've amassed. I had a small type tray which I had painted ages ago and could not think what to do with, and I saw a post where someone else had filled all the spaces with multi coloured buttons so I decided to do that!

Secondly I made a simple artwork for my friend's new baby, Jacob. Using blue buttons I created the initial J and framed it in a simple pale blue painted frame.

Framed Moustache Artwork

My latest creation! This cute little unique framed artwork features a bushy moustache made from shrink plastic, and decorated with fun retro stripes.

The moustache is mounted on a brown kraft paper background and is framed by mountboard. The white wooden frame measures 11cm wide x 10cm high x 3.5cm deep. The moustache itself measures 3.5cm.

This would be an ideal little humorous gift for any male, especially if they're striving for a bushy moustache! Available here in my Love Local shop for £15.

Miniature British Jubilee Collage

Because I was so pleased with my British Jubilee Collage I decided to make a miniature version.
This cute little box framed collage features many of the same things as the large one, such as buttons, ribbons, fabric and bunting but measures only 88mm (3 1/2") square.Very cute I think!
